Model 214-MHDS Heavy Duty Pipe Bender

The Model 214-MHDS is a heavy duty pipe bender. It can bend pipe sizes up to 5" diameter (127mm) x 1/2 wall thickness (12.7mm). It can bend from 4" - 11" radii (101.6mm to 279.4mm). It generates up to 280 tons of bending forces. This unit is a compression bender but because of the radii and wall thickness the bends are the quality of mandrel type benders. Tooling changeover time about 5 minutes. Manual bend control with precision bend readout maximum degree of bend is 125°. This unit is ideal for power plants, pipe lines high pressure hydraulic lines, ship building and most markets where heavy wall pipe is used. This unit is self contained and can be moved from sight to sight.
